Restaurante Sancho

A restaurant with more than 60 years of history. At its origin, the restaurant had a markedly Galician-Castilian influence, present in some dishes of its cuisine and in the origin of its denomination “Sancho”. This character is a legendary figure in the famous book by Miguel de Cervantes, with the motto: “an always created to serve him”. In its evolution, Sancho has been adapting to the new times, always preserving the taste of traditional Luso-Spanish cuisine.
