The Seven Stills is a small, family-run Pub, Lounge and Bistro situated in the heart of the small Speyside town of Dufftown which is widely known as ‘The Malt Whisky Capital of the World’ Owners Patrick and Rose moved, with their family, from Burgundy in France, to Scotland just three years ago to take over this Historic pub, in that short time and with a clear vision they have completely transformed it….the Seven Stills was born!

The lounge and bar, with its’ wood burning stoves and relaxed atmosphere provide the perfect place to enjoy the wide range of Scottish based drinks, taken alone or alongside perfectly matched food. Not surprisingly the Seven Stills has gained a reputation for providing the visitor with more than a drink and a meal, rather it is an evening experience!

Seven Stills
